I'm Nathalia, I’m a Psychologist and member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI). I hold a degree in Psychology, along with advanced training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) - Contextual Therapies, and Psychotherapy.

I have a genuine passion for supporting—and witnessing—people in their journey of transformation, helping them discover their strengths and create meaningful changes in their lives. I believe this process happens when a strong therapeutic relationship, personal insight, and practical, evidence-based strategies come together.

My approach

I use CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness—methods backed by strong research for their effectiveness with a wide range of challenges. While I value science and evidence-based practice, I also believe the heart of therapy is the relationship. My priority is to create a safe space where you feel understood and supported, as this connection is the foundation for real change.

Together, we may focus on your current challenges or explore deeper thoughts and experiences, depending on your needs and pace. Sometimes sessions are more structured and goal-focused; other times they are more reflective and exploratory.
