One-on-one therapy to help you navigate challenges

Mind Health is a welcoming space in the heart of Dublin, where adults, teens, and children can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, and discover practical ways to navigate life’s challenges.

I support people through many different experiences, such as feeling low or depressed, struggling with anxiety, panic, OCD, or difficulties related to ADHD. I also work with challenges that many of us face at some point in life, including relationship struggles, low self-esteem, and finding it hard to feel confident or balanced.

Mind Health is an inclusive and affirming space for all genders, identities, cultural backgrounds, relationship styles, and neurodiversities. Sessions are available both online and in person, in English and Portuguese.

Services

At Mind Health, therapy is tailored to meet the unique needs of children, adolescents, and adults at every stage of life, always grounded in evidence-based approaches to provide care that is both effective and ethical.

  • For children, this might look like creating a playful and supportive space where they can express themselves through conversation, creativity, or games, while also learning simple tools to manage big feelings such as worry, anger, or sadness.
